About the Role As a Senior Project Manager , you'll lead complex projects typically ranging from $10-$20 million, while providing mentorship and oversight across the project management team. You'll drive strategy, coordination, financial performance, and risk mitigation. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced, strategic, and ready to guide teams through complex project challenges.
You Will Oversee complex projects:
Lead schedule, budget, manpower, and procurement for larger or more technical projects.
Guide financial performance:
Own cost forecasting, margin protection, contingency management, and change order strategy. Lead communication & alignment: Facilitate OAC meetings, coordinate with design teams, and maintain strong owner relationships.
Drive coordination excellence:
Ensure RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and schedules align across all trades.
Guide risk mitigation:
Identify major risks and lead proactive solutions in collaboration with field and operations teams. Uphold quality & safety expectations: Ensure quality standards, compliance, and proper issue resolution.
Lead closeout strategy:
Manage punchlist, documentation, and turnover processes with consistency. Mentor developing
PMs:
Provide guidance, review work, and support skill development within the PM team.
Strengthen processes:
Improve internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting methods.
Work as one team:
Jump in to assist with other tasks when needed. What You Bring 7-10 years of project management experience. Strong decision-making and leadership skills. Proven success managing $10M+ construction projects. Ability to coordinate complex scopes and solve problems proactively. Experience leading teams or supporting PM development. Experience with complex MEP coordination or specialty trades. Project Executive Compensation Range:
