Electrical Construction Manager Advantage Technical $90,000.00-$150,000.00 401(k) United States, Texas, Childress Jun 10, 2026 Construction Manager - Electrical | Childress, TX We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead onsite electrical operations for a major construction project in Childress, TX. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in MEP systems, electrical coordination, and mission-critical or industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Manage daily electrical construction activities, subcontractors, and vendors
Coordinate system startups, commissioning, and project schedules
Ensure installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
Collaborate with project teams to resolve complex electrical and MEP coordination challenges
Review RFIs, submittals, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance
Lead startup meetings and support client training on system operations Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction management experience
Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, MEP coordination, and commissioning processes
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred Compensation $90,000-$150,000 DOE + 12% geo uplift, $150 per diem, and incentives
