Commercial Construction | Oklahoma & TexasAre you a proven Interiors Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment? We are seeking a Traveling Interiors Superintendent to oversee interior buildouts and finish work across a growing pipeline of commercial projects throughout Oklahoma and Texas.

ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day interior construction operations on active commercial projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelDevelop and maintain project schedules to achieve milestones and deadlinesConduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets project specificationsEnforce jobsite safety standards and company policiesLead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logisticsReview drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentsTrack project progress and communicate updates to project management teamsOversee punch list completion and project closeout activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractorsQualifications3+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial interior construction projectsExperience managing interior finishes, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, paint, and punch-out processesStrong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsOSHA certification preferredWillingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Oklahoma and TexasPreferred ExperienceCommercial office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projectsExperience with projects ranging from tenant improvements to large-scale interior renovationsFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management softwareBenefits
