Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic construction management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, excellent supervisory skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. As a key player in our projects, you will coordinate teams, manage budgets, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Supervise on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and labor teams effectively. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure seamless project flow. Monitor safety compliance on-site by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety audits. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Ohmmeter for project documentation, estimating, quality control, and troubleshooting. Oversee budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial reporting for multiple projects. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Proficiency with construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera. Solid understanding of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams and managing subcontractors effectively. Construction site experience combined with familiarity in using tools like Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting is preferred.
