Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on wireless construction projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading field crews, coordinating job site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, providing guidance, training, and support to construction personnel while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, construction experience, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. This position requires frequent travel and the ability to work in dynamic outdoor environments. Duties Supervise and direct construction laborers and field personnel on wireless site projects. Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Conduct site safety meetings and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and customer requirements. Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members based on project needs and individual skill levels. Train, mentor, and develop field employees to improve performance and promote professional growth. Communicate regularly with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders regarding project status and site conditions. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, safety records, timekeeping, and material usage. Coordinate delivery, inventory, and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Identify and resolve job site issues to minimize delays and maintain productivity. Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional at all times. Conduct pre-job planning and participate in project kick-off meetings as required. Perform related duties and assist with field operations as needed. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of construction experience, preferably in wireless telecommunications, utility, civil, or related construction fields. Previous supervisory or crew lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA standards. Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents. Experience operating and supervising the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as necessary. Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record preferred. Travel required up to 4 weeks at a time. Ability to pass all applicable background checks, safety training, and certifications required for project access. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising wireless site construction projects. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. CPR/First Aid Certification. Experience with tower, small cell, fiber, or telecommunications infrastructure projects. Knowledge of construction scheduling and project management practices.
