What You'll Be Doing Manage projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change management Lead subcontractor buyout and project coordination Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field execution Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Build strong client relationships and mentor junior project staff What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial GC Project Management experience Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aviation, or commercial experience Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management Strong leadership and client-facing skills Construction Management or Engineering degree preferre Why Join?
