Build the Culture. Drive the Results. Our client is a incredibly well established commercial flooring contractor seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead its expansion in the DFW division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape the culture, develop your team, and help drive the continued growth of a respected organization specializing in commercial and multifamily new construction. What You'll Do As Regional Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the DFW branch while serving as the primary leader for the local team. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll help establish operational excellence, improve communication, develop employees, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as managing operations. Regional Director Job Responsibilities Lead daily operations for a growing branch location. Build a culture centered around accountability, communication, and teamwork. Provide leadership to project management, field operations, and office staff. Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Develop future leaders within the organization. Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders. Help position the branch for continued long-term growth. Regional Director Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience within commercial and/or multifamily flooring. New construction flooring experience is required. Demonstrated success leading operational teams. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability. Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie in absence of higher leadership. Experience managing multiple projects, personnel, and operational priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing organization. Regional Director Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $150,000-$180,000 , depending on experience.
