What You'll Do As Regional Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the DFW branch while serving as the primary leader for the local team. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll help establish operational excellence, improve communication, develop employees, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as managing operations. Regional Director Job Responsibilities Lead daily operations for a growing branch location. Build a culture centered around accountability, communication, and teamwork. Provide leadership to project management, field operations, and office staff. Regional Director Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience within commercial and/or multifamily flooring. New construction flooring experience is required. Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie in absence of higher leadership. Experience managing multiple projects, personnel, and operational priorities.
