Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Staffing Services Administrator is responsible for the staffing, completion of work, and case management of all custodial contracts throughout the Rio Grande Valley. This position provides oversight of contract performance, customer relations, and compliance with contractual and agency requirements. The Staffing Services Administrator serves as the primary backup for custodial operations by coordinating coverage and performing work during employee absences to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES CUSTODIAL SUPERVISION
Oversee daily operations of all custodial contracts throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Provide direct supervision and support to custodial staff. Train staff on custodial duties including floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, cleaning, and operation of custodial equipment. Coordinate staffing assignments and schedules to maintain appropriate coverage. Serve as the backup custodian when staffing shortages occur due to absences, vacancies, or emergencies. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure contract requirements are met, including quality assurance standards and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory and supply needs for custodial locations. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding custodial staff.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for custodial contract case management in RGV. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), SMART goals, and other required service plans in accordance with agency standards. Identify challenges impacting employment success and develop appropriate action plans to support continued employment and growth. Monitor progress toward established goals and objectives. Maintain accurate and timely participant records, case notes, and documentation within CaseWorthy. Conduct regular case reviews, progress evaluations, follow-up services, and employment support activities to promote employee success and retention.
OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP
Develop and maintain customer relations for staffing contracts. Provide support to partnering agencies (GII, SourceAmerica, WorkQuest, employing agencies). Promote a culture of inclusion and respect. Clearly define performance, attendance, and behavioral expectations. Support employees, address workplace behaviors and performance promptly and objectively, and connect employees with appropriate resources when necessary. Participate in the interactive process when accommodations are requested.

Comply with all department and agency policies, procedures, and regulations. Adhere to and enforce safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent injury to personnel and damage to property, equipment, and inventory. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any of the following may be used to qualify: Five years related experience Associate's degree/professional certification and three years related experience Bachelor's degree and one year related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Bilingual (English & Spanish) Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and the minimum liability coverage as required by the State of Texas. Able to pass a pre-employment background check and Drug/ Alcohol screening. Ability to travel independently to worksites, training, and business meetings. Able to plan, organize, work effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of local service organizations and other community resources Experience in working with people with disabilities and/or disadvantaged conditions
PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to operate a variety of commercial landscaping and custodial equipment, including floor stripper May be required to work in hot/cold, humid and/or dusty environments Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. or more with 2-person assistance
