Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Plumbing Assistant Project Manager to help lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Duties Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Keep&Share, Monday, and other tools to develop schedules, track progress, and manage documentation Monitor project budgets and costs; assist in construction estimating and budgeting activities to stay within financial targets Learn to read blueprints and schematics accurately; interpret technical drawings for installation and construction activities Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, change orders, and progress reports for project documentation Call and Call off rental equipment as needed Learn to make material list for Ground, Overhead and top out Systems Dispatch Materials from Suppliers to Job Sites Proven heavy civil or commercial construction site experience with a strong background in managing large-scale projects Supervising experience leading teams of tradespeople and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling , budgeting, and cost control Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards Other Qualifications Previous experience in plumbing, or Commercial Construction Management Computer Friendly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly Organized Multi-tasking All Microsoft Platforms Join our team as a Assistant Project Manager where your leadership will drive successful project delivery!
