$110,000-$130,000 + Company Truck + Benefits + Performance Bonus Lead Underground Utility Projects We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent / Construction Manager to oversee municipal and private underground utility projects including water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining budgets, and delivering projects safely, on time, and profitably. Responsibilities Manage multiple underground utility projects from start to finish Supervise Foremen, operators, laborers, and subcontractors Develop weekly and daily work plans Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials Monitor production and project costs Work closely with Owners Attend project meetings Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, and municipalities Maintain project schedules Ensure compliance with contract documents Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements Resolve field issues quickly Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction Qualifications 10+ years underground utility construction experience 5+ years in a Superintendent or Project Manager role Extensive knowledge of: Water systems Sanitary sewer Storm sewer Deep excavations Utility crossings Municipal specifications Strong scheduling and planning abilities Experience managing multiple crews Ability to read plans, profiles, and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Computer experience with scheduling and daily reporting Valid driver's license OSHA 30 preferred Compensation $110,000-$130,000 based on experience Company truck Fuel card Cell phone allowance Performance bonuses Paid vacation Paid holidays Health benefits Long-term advancement opportunities We're looking for a leader who knows underground utilities inside and out, builds strong crews, solves problems in the field, and delivers profitable projects without sacrificing safety or quality.
