This position has full authority to make decisions affecting contract performance and ensures compliance with all requirements. Essential Duties Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Direct all custodial operations. Ensure compliance with all performance standards. Manage staffing schedules and workforce assignments. Oversee quality control inspections. Monitor contract performance metrics. Ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain required reports and documentation. Verify personnel compliance with security, medical, and training requirements. Coordinate emergency response staffing. Conduct customer service meetings. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years managing commercial or government custodial contracts. Experience supervising multi-site custodial operations. Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance programs. Experience managing OSHA and safety compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain all required installation access credentials. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Department of Defense facilities. Knowledge of Air Force custodial standards.
