Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Earth, Texas. The Construction Supervisor will provide direct field supervision and oversight of day-to-day electrical activities on a variety of projects.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in electrical inspection, construction supervision, or related work, with low- and medium-voltage experience.
Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provide daily field oversight and contractor coordination to ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and company standards. Verify electrical completion, conduct field inspections, and perform quality surveillance to ensure work meets established requirements. Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and work quality while identifying and facilitating timely resolution of field issues. Verify completion of corrective actions and support site activities to maintain project progress and readiness for operations Maintain daily field documentation and provide support for a successful transition to operations. Requirements of the
Construction Supervisor:
7-10 years of experience in electrical inspection, construction supervision, or related work, with low- and medium-voltage experience. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required. Experience with civil construction and renewable energy/solar projects preferred. NEXTracker experience highly beneficial. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. OSHA 30 or other safety certifications preferred.
