Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales and Operations Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or related industry management Proven sales, leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills Fluent experience using Xactimate for insurance claims, estimating, and job documentation Generate and close residential and commercial roofing/construction projects Oversee sales, production, customer satisfaction, subcontractors, staffing, scheduling, and profitability Manage job costing, gross margins, collections, receivables, budgeting, and division performance Hire, train, mentor, and manage office staff, project managers, sales personnel, subcontractors, and crews Build referral relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, and other partners

Salary:

$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
