Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on superintendent with strong field knowledge who can plan projects, manage foremen and crews, coordinate equipment and materials, read plans, solve field problems, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required Civil Construction Experience:
Candidates should have experience managing multiple scopes of work, including: Asphalt Paving- demolition, subgrade/base preparation, grading, paving, compaction, and repairs. Concrete
- sidewalks, curb & gutter, valley gutters, driveways, ramps, slabs, forming, reinforcement, placement, and finishing. Demolition & Earthwork
- concrete/asphalt removal, excavation, grading, hauling, and site preparation. Pavement Markings
- parking lots, roadways, traffic paint, layouts, restriping, and new layouts. Thermoplastic Pavement Markings
- layout, application, equipment operation, and quality control.
