The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cable and fiber installation industry. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for your assigned team of technicians and contract partners. You will be expected to uphold the company's principles including integrity, quality, teamwork, and client experience always. This position will require consistent travel with all travel expenses paid for by Lighthouse Technologies.

Friday Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the following tasks: Supervising local individuals or contractors as determined by local management. The Telecom Construction Supervisor will have direct contact with the local MSO, our customer. It is important that these relationships are maintained and developed. Managing daytoday field operations for an assigned team, communicating with other members of local support staff, and resolving issues. Ensuring that Lighthouse Technologies is in compliance with all fieldrelated performance metrics. Enforce client safety practices by completing random safety site inspections. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and meet Lighthouse Technologies MVR qualifications. Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screen. Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, peers, etc. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
