What You Will Do:

Support equipment coordination: Help prepare machines for rental and sales, including inspections, setup, and documentation.

Manage inspections:

Complete inbound, outbound, and damage inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards.

Keep things organized:

Maintain construction technology inventory and support overall equipment organization.

Partner with the sales team:

What You Will Need:

Strong organization: Ability to manage details, inventory, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Customer service mindset:

A focus on supporting teams and delivering a positive experience.

Clear communication:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.

Industry experience:

Background in heavy equipment or a technical environment preferred.

Valid work authorization:

Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
