Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for building strong professional relationships? We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join our team in the Alliance area. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our client and our employees, ensuring seamless operations and a positive workplace culture. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
A solid background in Human Resources is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy:
strong computer skills (Google Suite and payroll software).
Bilingual Advantage:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Organization:
Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
salary:
$24 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Lead the hiring process to identify and attract top-tier talent.
Employee Integration:
Conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding to set new hires up for success.
Operational Excellence:
Manage weekly payroll processing with high accuracy.

Serve as the main point of contact between the client and employees, resolving issues and fostering open communication.
Conflict Resolution:
Act as a proactive problem-solver for any site-specific challenges that arise.
