Assistant Superintendent - Commercial & Hospitality Construction Company Overview A growing Dallas-based general contractor and developer-builder is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to its expanding field operations team. With a strong pipeline of hospitality, mixed-use, office, and commercial developments , the company is continuing to grow its presence throughout DFW. Position Overview The Assistant Superintendent will support field operations on ground-up commercial projects , working closely with experienced Superintendents and project leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in commercial construction, particularly concrete, structural, and core-and-shell work , who wants to grow into a lead Superintendent role. What You'll Be Doing Support daily field operations on hospitality, mixed-use, office, and commercial developments. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Assist with concrete, structural, and core-and-shell construction activities. Monitor project progress, resolve field challenges, and maintain project schedules. Work directly with senior field leadership, Project Managers, and trade partners. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or field supervision. Background in ground-up commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or office construction . Strong understanding of concrete, structural systems, and core-and-shell construction preferred. Experience coordinating subcontractors and supporting project schedules. Motivated, hands-on individual looking to develop into a Superintendent. Why Join? Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
