Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager focused exclusively on construction projects to support new location development and major capital improvements across multiple sites. This role owns the execution of ground-up builds, tenant improvements (TI's), and large-scale facility projects—from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless in driving timelines, budgets, and vendor performance. This position is dedicated to construction and special projects only. It does not include responsibility for routine facilities maintenance or day-to-day building management. This is a field-driven role requiring significant travel (approximately 50-75%) across company locations.

Reports To:

Director, Special Projects & Implementation Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Project Management Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects including new builds, TI's, and major renovations Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and critical paths Track progress and proactively address risks to keep projects on schedule Vendor & Contractor Oversight Coordinate with architects, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors Review bids, proposals, and project scopes to ensure alignment with company goals Hold vendors accountable for quality, timelines, and budget adherence Budget & Cost Control Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost adjustments Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering without sacrificing quality Permitting & Pre-Construction Coordination Work with architects and municipalities to support permitting, plan approvals, and inspections Ensure all required documentation and approvals are secured prior to construction start Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with internal teams (Sales, Fixed Ops, IT, Leadership) to align project timelines with operational needs Coordinate key project elements including low voltage, signage, equipment installs, and final readiness Site Visits & Field Execution Conduct regular on-site visits to verify progress, quality, and adherence to plans Identify and resolve issues in real time to prevent delays Travel required (50-75%) What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with company standards Strong vendor performance with minimal rework or delays Clear, consistent communication of project status to leadership Proactive issue resolution—problems are addressed before they escalate Qualifications & Experience 3-7+ years of experience in construction project management or commercial development preferred Proven experience managing ground-up construction, TI's, or large-scale renovations Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Experience working with architects, contractors, and permitting agencies Skills & Traits Execution-driven
