What You'll Do Oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects from start to finish. Supervise installation crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Perform routine job site visits to verify quality workmanship and compliance with company installation standards. Ensure proper installation techniques, including flashing, insulation, weatherproofing, window operation, and job site protection. Conduct final quality inspections and customer walkthroughs to ensure complete satisfaction. Address customer questions and resolve job site concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with production, scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to keep projects moving smoothly. Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality and productivity. Complete job site documentation, inspection reports, and project updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company safety standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience. Experience with window, door, siding, roofing, or exterior remodeling projects preferred. At least 3 years of experience supervising installation crews or managing subcontractors. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and installation best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to read project specifications and communicate expectations clearly. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working on ladders and accessing roofs when necessary. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
