The right Superintendent will have at least 5 years of construction management experience on small and large projects of many different @types, including but not limited to: healthcare, education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, institutional, multi-family, retail, and other substantial construction projects. The main philosophy and strategy for the growth of this organization is to be on the cutting edge of all aspects of the construction process. Additionally, their focus is unmatched customer satisfaction and, most importantly, the development and quality of their people to drive their success. As a Superintendent, you are responsible for Full Project Field Responsibility of a projects in excess of $25MM. The Superintendent is a key position with responsibility to lead and manage subcontractors and employees, and oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion for either K12, education, office, MOB and more.
