Job Description

Job Summary Grayson Restoration is celebrating 16 years in business this year by expanding our construction team. The Construction Project Manager / Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of insurance disaster restoration construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate various project elements effectively. Prior experience in residential or commercial a huge plus. Duties

Develop and manage project schedules
Coordinate project subcontractor management and material procurement
Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that arise
