We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Superintendent to support our continued growth. Job Summary Oversee field operations on heavy civil projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution while meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across multiple job sites. Direct crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and workflow. Uphold OSHA standards and project specifications. Track schedules, production, and costs to meet project targets. Maintain daily reports covering progress, materials, and site issues. Interpret plans and specifications to guide field execution. Support pre-construction planning and coordinate field activities. Identify and resolve field issues in a timely manner. Hire, train, and supervise field personnel. Travel throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas as needed. Qualifications 11+ years of heavy civil construction experience. Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project schedules. Proven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finish. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents. Experience with reporting, material tracking, and cost control. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification required. Valid driver's license with willingness to travel. Preferred Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, site development, or earthwork. Familiarity with GPS-guided grading systems. Experience with HeavyJob, MS Project, or similar software. PMP or CCM certification. Bilingual (English/Spanish).Similar remote jobs
