Job Summary MEMCO is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Construction Field Assistant to support a construction crew by accurately recording concrete and soil testing data. This position requires regular jobsite attendance to learn daily procedures and provide backup coverage when the primary employee is unavailable. The ideal candidate has some construction-site experience, follows instructions carefully, and is comfortable working outdoors around active construction operations. Responsibilities Accurately record concrete and soil testing data provided by the crew. Maintain clear, organized, and complete field records. Learn daily procedures and become familiar with crew responsibilities. Attend the jobsite regularly to prepare for backup coverage. Provide coverage when the primary employee is unavailable. Communicate with crew members to confirm information and clarify instructions. Follow jobsite safety procedures and remain alert around moving equipment. Qualifications Six months to one year of construction-site experience preferred. Experience assisting a Construction Materials Technician with concrete or soil testing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately. Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with crew members. Comfortable working outdoors on an active construction site. Dependable attendance and availability for a flexible, part-time schedule. Must complete required background and drug screenings. #MEM-HAR
