Urbitek Group is expanding into new markets and looking for experienced field leaders to support our growth in Texas.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Cladding Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure high-quality execution of façade systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee installation of cladding systems on-site Lead and manage crews and subcontractors Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with project management and general contractors

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with exterior cladding systems Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction documents Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

Experience in multi-family or commercial projects

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
