full-time About the Company I'm working exclusively with a highly established General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Lead Superintendent to its Houston team. About the Role This individual will take the lead in the field on ground-up light industrial and tilt-wall projects, including warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and similar large-scale commercial facilities. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project turnover Manage subcontractors, field personnel, scheduling, safety, and quality control Coordinate sitework, foundations, tilt-wall panels, structural steel, MEP trades, and finishes Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality Qualifications Strong experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent with a General Contractor Must have ground-up light industrial and/or tilt-wall construction experience Experience with warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or similar projects Proven ability to independently lead large commercial construction projects Strong leadership, scheduling, subcontractor management, and communication skills Houston/Texas construction market experience strongly preferred Required Skills This is an opportunity to join an established contractor offering long-term stability, career growth, and a competitive compensation package.
