Job Description
BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent commercial modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. This position is eligible for remote. Candidate must be located in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Travel is required (75%). The position of Site Superintendent is critical in our ability to deliver best-in-class site management and installation services that our customers have come to rely on us for. We are seeking an innovative, collaborative team player to join our team as a Site Superintendent to support our many project sites within various areas. As a Site Superintendent, you will support projects from contract award through completion by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project. You will also oversee issues, risks, and change requests to help ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time. On a day-to-day basis, the Site Superintendent supervises field operations, ensuring work meets quality expectations, stays within schedule and budget objectives, while delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced, safety-focused Site Superintendent with strong leadership, project management, and field operations skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment. Duties & Responsibilities As a Site Superintendent, you will play a key leadership role in delivering successful projects from mobilization through completion. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and delivered to a high standard. Champion a strong safety culture across all assigned project sites. Ensure all site activities comply with OSHA and BOXX Modular safety standards.
Lead and record daily Toolbox Meetings and promote proactive hazard identification. Report and manage incidents, near misses, and behavioral observations in accordance with company requirements. Partner with HSE teams on inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews. Provide hands-on leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from contract award through completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams to achieve key project milestones. Work directly with client construction teams to coordinate activities, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving forward. Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and performance metrics while proactively identifying and resolving issues. Ensure subcontractors meet contractual requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Coordinate required inspections with local authorities and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly. Conduct daily site and punch-list walkthroughs to support efficient project closeout. Supervise subcontractor work to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet BOXX Modular quality standards. Prepare and distribute Daily Reports, Raken Reports, and ONYX Reports (training provided). Build strong, professional relationships with customers and serve as a trusted on-site representative for BOXX Modular. Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner while delivering a high level of customer service. Apply expert knowledge of modular assets to support safe, efficient, and successful project execution. Inspect and document the condition of leased assets and modular units, including punch lists, damage assessments, and Ship Loose Material inventories. Work closely with HSE and internal project teams to support successful project delivery. Travel approximately 75% to assigned project sites throughout the region. Complete expense reporting through the company-provided system (training provided). Attend required project meetings and provide timely updates on project status. Perform other duties as assigned to support the continued success and growth of the business. Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a construction, Site Superintendent. Modular experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently communicate verbally and in writing and to interact professionally with both internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in computers/tablets and computer software, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal record check.
- Current valid class C driver's license with a qualifying driving background check.
- OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hiring date
- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written. What We Offer
