Senior Superintendents play an important role not only in delivering successful projects, but also in developing people, mentoring Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, establishing field standards and helping build the next generation of construction leaders. Job Description Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes. Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure professional growth and project success. The Successful Applicant A successful K12 Senior Superintendent - High School should have: Extensive experience managing multiple K12 or higher education construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
