Job Responsibilities:
Lead large scale projects from early conception to final completion. Lead the negotiation of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts Plan construction activities for each project in accordance with company standards, and development of construction standards where needed Provide appropriate staffing to perform all construction activities Develop site-specific project execution plans and action item trackers Resolve disputes arising from third-party providers Ensure construction contract deliverables are interpreted and executed on-time, on-budget and within safety and performance requirements Effectively administer company policies, labor agreements, and work rules Develop and support documentation turnover from contractors during commissioning Assemble Release to Operations package and close out execution plan #ENG1
