As a Superintendent - Substations , your key responsibilities will be to plan resource availability accordingly through the local unions. This includes the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Superintendent will also assist General Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time. Why Michels Power, Inc.? Work directly with IBEW Union Halls and their Referral Agents and Business Agents. Assist with developing crews for Projects. Work with the APM's and Projects Managers associated with Projects you will be overseeing with the following.
