Job Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager Restaurant Remodeling | National Travel | Leadership Growth OpportunityHelp Lead the Next Phase of Growth Custom Booth USA is an established national restaurant remodeling company with more than 45 years of experience serving the restaurant industry. We specialize in restaurant renovations, custom millwork, booths, furniture, and nationwide installations for leading restaurant brands. We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Construction Project Manager who wants more than another project management job. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership, help build the next phase of our company, and grow into a senior leadership role as the business expands. You'll have the authority to make decisions, improve processes, and help shape how we operate—not simply follow someone else's playbook. We have been a small business since 1979, but it is time to expand, and we are seeking an experienced leader in commercial construction to play a major role in this vision and expansion. What You'll Do Manage commercial restaurant remodeling projects from preconstruction through completion. Travel throughout the U.S. (approximately 25-35%) to visit restaurant locations, perform site assessments, take measurements, document existing conditions, and develop accurate scopes of work. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, customers, and our in-house manufacturing team. Assist with estimating, project planning, scheduling, purchasing, and procurement. Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction. Help improve and standardize our project management and estimating systems as we continue to grow. What We're Looking For Experience managing commercial construction, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-site renovation projects. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate field measurements. Comfortable traveling independently and representing the company professionally. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to solve problems without constant supervision. Estimating experience is a plus but not required. Restaurant remodeling experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with strong commercial project management experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, or other occupied commercial renovations. Why Join Custom Booth USA? Established company with more than 45 years serving national restaurant brands. Stable, growing customer base with projects throughout the United States. Direct access to ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Opportunity to help build systems and improve operations—not just manage projects. Unlike many commercial contractors, we manufacture much of our own custom millwork, booths, tables, and furniture in our Texas facility, allowing you to work closely with both our manufacturing and field teams from initial site visit through installation. Experienced office, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams that support every project. Company-paid travel, laptop, phone, and iPad. Competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000+ depending on experience, plus performance bonus. Our Culture We're just normal people working together to grow a business that values integrity, accountability, professionalism, and people who take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do. We believe in hiring great people, giving them responsibility, and providing the support they need to succeed. Career Growth You'll work directly with the owner and will have significant influence over how projects are managed, how field operations evolve, and how the company grows over the coming years. As Custom Booth USA continues to expand nationally, we expect this position to evolve into a senior leadership role overseeing project management, preconstruction, and field operations. If you're looking for an opportunity to help build something meaningful instead of becoming another number in a large corporation, we'd love to talk. If you enjoy solving problems, traveling, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.
