Job Description

Rainbolt Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Superintendent to join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on electrical professional who can manage projects, lead field operations, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and drive projects from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day electrical project operations and field activities Supervise and coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors Review plans, specifications, schedules, and project requirements Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, inspectors, and other trades Manage manpower, material procurement, deliveries, and scheduling Track project progress, labor productivity, and material usage Identify and resolve field issues quickly Conduct and participate in project meetings Assist with RFIs, change orders, material releases, and project documentation Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and production Ensure work is installed in accordance with plans, specifications, and NEC requirements Help develop and maintain project schedules Provide regular updates to company leadership on project status
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Project Manager, General Foreman, or Foreman Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction and the NEC Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in the field Experience working with General Contractors and other trades Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus OSHA 30 and/or electrical certifications are a plus Valid driver's license
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for someone who is experienced, accountable, organized, and knows how to get electrical projects built. This is not strictly a desk position. The ideal candidate is comfortable being in the field, working directly with foremen and crews, while also handling the project-management responsibilities necessary to keep the job moving.
