In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive collaboration among subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and construction schedules. This is an energizing opportunity for a proactive management professional passionate about delivering exceptional construction outcomes. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schematics, and blueprints. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed. Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections to verify compliance with specifications, safety standards, and building codes. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment for all personnel. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when required. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, including progress updates, incident reports, and documentation of quality control measures. Experience Proven management experience supervising construction sites with a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality assurance. Familiarity with commercial construction Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with construction estimating and contracts is preferred. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety compliance per OSHA standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability.
