Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the development of large-scale man camp projects. This role offers an opportunity to manage the construction of a 4000-person city from the ground up, including civil work, underground utilities, and boardwalks connecting trailers. The projects range from $150M to $250M in size, with work on man camps for data centers. Responsibilities Oversee construction activities from concept to completion. Manage ground-up construction, including civil work and underground utilities. Coordinate scheduling and documentation for the project. Ensure all construction methods are executed efficiently and effectively. Lead the team in constructing boardwalks connecting trailers. Work closely with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project success. Essential Skills Extensive experience in construction management. Proven ability in ground-up construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods. Proficiency in project scheduling and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Heavy commercial construction experience is highly desirable. Work Environment The work environment involves managing a large-scale construction project within a man camp setting for data centers. The project scope includes creating a 4000-person city with extensive civil work, underground utilities, and connecting boardwalks. This is a dynamic and challenging environment, offering the chance to work on projects ranging from $150M to $250M in size. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lueders, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $52.88/hr.
