Job Description The Tilt-Wall Superintendent will serve as the onsite leader, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring successful project execution. The Successful Applicant For the Tilt-Wall Superintendent we are seeking: Proven experience completing 3 or more tilt-wall projects exceeding 150,000 square feet Background managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or distribution facility construction projects Demonstrated success leading field personnel, subcontractors, and multiple trades simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commitment to driving projects to successful completion while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction What's on Offer Opportunity to work on large, high-profile tilt-wall construction projects Strong backlog of local work with limited travel requirements Stable organization with a collaborative and team-oriented culture
