ProCore Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in overseeing all aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are on schedule
• Monitor project progress and ensure it stays within budget and timeline
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management and supervising construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
