Job Description

Experienced Plumbing Project Manager We are seeking an Experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or residential plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, teams, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage plumbing construction projects from kickoff to completion Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders Track project costs, billing, and forecasting Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements Attend project meetings and provide progress updates Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and profitability Support estimating and pre-construction efforts as needed Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred but not required) Experience with healthcare, industrial, multi-family, or large commercial projects Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar software Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Career advancement opportunities
