The Role:

We're looking for a hands-on superintendent to run our job sites day to day so projects finish on time, on budget and done right. You'll be the point person in the field across several active projects at once — coordinating, subcontractors, materials and inspections, and keeping the office informed. What you'll do: Run daily operations on 2-4 active job sites (residential remodels, additions, commercial build-outs) Schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews; hold them to scope, schedule and quality Order and receive materials; track deliveries and keep sites stocked Call, prepare for and pass city inspections Walk the job daily; keep photos, daily logs and progress updates in JobTread Enforce site safety and keep sites clean and secure Flag issues early — changes, delays, cost overruns — and propose solutions Support estimating with field take-offs and sub pricing when needed What we're looking for: 5+ years in residential or commercial construction, 2+ running jobs as a super or lead Solid knowledge of framing, roofing, MEP rough-ins, drywall and finishes Can read plans and specs and catch problems before they're built Comfortable with inspections and City of Midland/ Odessa permitting Organized, reliable, good communicator — bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Valid driver's license, own transportation and basic hand tools Basic computer/phone skills — JobTread or similar PM software a plus OSHA 10 or 30 a plus What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Company truck Growing company with room to take on bigger projects
