Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and performance driven Electrical Superintendent to join our Special Projects team. In this role, you will lead, oversee, and coordinate electrical field operations for large-scale, complex projects. This position is centered in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and requires someone who can adapt quickly to change, multitask, collaborate, communicate effectively, remain high-energy and efficient, and be organized. The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-performing teams in various electrical industries and extensive knowledge in manpower planning, scheduling, quality control, budget control, resource management, coordination, and safety standards. Duties Lead, supervise, and support electrical foremen, lead electricians, and field crews while managing manpower and work assignments based on project needs Develop and maintain a materials logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager for material deliveries, staging, and inventory to support uninterrupted field operations Plan, coordinate, and sequence electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones in addition to working with project managers and clients to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence Monitor costs, including labor time and material Mentor foremen and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement. Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements. Coordinate electrical work with other trades, general contractors, inspectors, and client representatives. Support accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation Skills
  • Deep understanding in scheduling, budget, costs, and resource management
  • Experience with leading, coaching, and developing teams in an effective and efficient manner
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure fast pace environment
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Electrical Master License or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field a plus
  • 7+ years' experience as an Electrical General Foreman on large-scale electrical construction projects 2M+
  • 4 years' experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees in industrial environments with demonstrated ability to drive multi-project production results
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
  • In-depth knowledge of U.
S. safety and electrical regulations, including OSHA, NEC, and
NFPA 70E
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • A valid drivers' license
  • Meet work schedule requirements including weekends and/or holidays
  • Travel to jobsites

$40.00 - $44.00 per hour
