Job Description Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects from initiation through closeout. Lead and coordinate construction teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and remains within budget. Enforce all on‑site safety standards and monitor compliance throughout the project. Partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to maintain alignment across all disciplines. Address project challenges or delays quickly to keep work moving efficiently. Perform regular quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
