AFB. POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION

The Site Supervisor provides on-site leadership, oversight, and control of contract personnel, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with government standards. Essential Job Functions Provide on-site supervision in accordance with contract Manning Table of Contents (MTC) requirements. Oversee and direct contract personnel in the performance of daily tasks and operational duties. Ensure contract manning levels meet or exceed contractual requirements at all times. Assign work based on employee skill sets and ensure personnel are properly trained, certified, and available to perform assigned tasks. Monitor work progress and ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks. Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with Government supervision and management. Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures. Prepare and submit accident/incident reports and ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions. Attend required meetings and provide updates on personnel, operations, and performance. Maintain accountability of personnel actions and operational activities. Minimum Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in inventory control, asset management, logistics operations, or aircraft maintenance support. Proven ability to maintain detailed records and ensure strict accountability of government assets. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to effectively interface with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and government representatives. SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
