About the Role As an I&E Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and instrumentation construction projects in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, directly contributing to the success of vital energy operations. You'll work with a skilled team and collaborate closely with clients and contractors to deliver results that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and coordination of electrical and instrumentation construction projects Manage project budgets and resources effectively Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met Approve or reject construction work based on compliance and quality benchmarks Communicate regularly with clients and contractors to keep projects on track Resolve construction disputes swiftly and professionally Stay current on the latest construction technologies to improve project outcomes Must-Have Qualifications Strong understanding of construction principles and practices Experience working in the oil and gas industry Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to inspect construction sites and ensure safety and quality Nice-to-Have Qualities Prior experience in overseeing electrical and instrumentation projects Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations Compensation & Schedule Target pay rate of $80-$90 per hour Work schedule: 10/4 rotation, 8-10 hours per day Contract duration: 12 months+ Ready to lead impactful projects and grow your career?
