Texas , Richardson Job Description A well-established General Contractor in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interior construction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations on TI and Class A interior projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines Maintain jobsite safety and compliance Coordinate with Project Managers and project teams

Qualifications:

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Strong background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interiors Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced interior projects Strong leadership and communication skills
