The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of milestones. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates. Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
