Job Description:

Commercial Construction Superintendent - San Marcos / Central Texas We're looking for an experienced commercial construction superintendent to join our team immediately. Ideally looking to have someone in place within the next 3-4 weeks. The work is primarily renovations and additions throughout the San Marcos and Central Texas area. A significant portion of our work is Job Order Contracting (JOC) , with clients including Texas Parks & Wildlife, Texas Facilities Commission, Texas Facilities Division, and Texas State University. We also have four Bank of America projects coming up, so experience with bank/financial institution construction is a strong plus.

Compensation:

$120,000-$140,000 depending on experience, with a fuel card and truck allowance included. Willingness to travel is a plus - per diem provided.
