Sr. Scheduler Sirius Staffing is seeking a Sr. Scheduler in Woodlands, TX . Please contact us for more information. Position Summary The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field resources to support maintenance, construction, and customer service operations. This role serves as a key link between customers, field personnel, and internal departments to ensure work is scheduled efficiently, resources are utilized effectively, and service commitments are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule field personnel, crews, and resources for maintenance, construction, and service-related activities. Manage daily scheduling activities and adjust assignments based on changing priorities, emergencies, and operational needs. Communicate schedule updates, work status, and service information to customers, technicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Monitor workforce availability and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Support the execution of maintenance and construction work by ensuring schedules are properly coordinated and communicated. Maintain accurate scheduling records, work orders, and operational documentation. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution of scheduling concerns. Collaborate with multiple departments and levels of the organization to support operational goals. Assist with reporting, data tracking, and other administrative functions related to scheduling activities. Promote a high level of customer service while supporting daily operations. Qualifications 0-4 years of experience in customer service, meter service, dispatching, scheduling, workforce coordination, or a related operational support role. Experience scheduling resources for maintenance, construction, utility, field service, or similar operations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and scheduling systems preferred. Preferred Qualifications Utility, energy, construction, field service, or maintenance industry experience. Experience working with work order management systems. Knowledge of dispatching, workforce scheduling, or service coordination processes. Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
