We specialize in metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, FRP, painting, doors, and related commercial construction trades. In this role, you will manage multiple projects from start to finish, working closely with general contractors, suppliers, field workers, and superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Coordinate material orders and deliveries. Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Schedule field workers and coordinate manpower needs with superintendents. Communicate regularly with general contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Track project costs, budgets, and billing progress. Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status. Monitor project schedules and help resolve issues that may impact progress. Assist with monthly pay applications and collections when needed. Ensure projects are completed according to contract requirements and company standards. Support field operations by helping solve day-to-day project challenges. Qualifications Previous construction project management experience is a must. Experience with commercial construction is a must. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanHub, or similar construction software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
