Magnolia Turf is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Operating Partner to lead sales, oversee project execution, and drive market growth with a clear path to ownership and profit participation . This is not a traditional sales role. It is a hands-on operating position for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and long-term upside. •
NOTE :
We have great social marketing, lead generation and CRM What You'll Do Drive primary the commercial sales and residential at times. Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and developers Manage projects from sale through completion (schedule, crews, quality, delivery) Oversee CRM follow-up, pipeline, and revenue growth Help expand and scale the Houston market with ownership-level accountability What We're Looking For Experience in sales (construction, landscaping, turf, pools, roofing, solar, or similar) Comfortable selling + managing projects simultaneously Strong communicator with homeowners and contractors Self-directed, accountable, and entrepreneurial mindset Thrives without micromanagement Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + uncapped performance pay Average with base, commission, $110K/120K+ annually Profit participation and long-term ownership opportunity Why This Role Is Different No micromanagement Full autonomy to run the market day-to-day Direct access to ownership and strategic decision-making Built for someone who wants to build something, not just manage it Who This Is NOT For Pure territory managers or desk-based sales leaders Candidates needing structure, scripts, or micromanagement Anyone not comfortable owning both sales and operations Success Looks Like Revenue growth in the Houston market and surrounding areas.
