Civil Construction Manager Location:

Full-Time We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations on large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with strong heavy civil experience and a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance. What You'll Do Conduct daily site walks and monitor productivity, progress, and schedule performance Lead quality control inspections and ensure subcontractor work meets plans, specifications, and applicable standards Coordinate with multiple disciplines, crews, inspectors, and subcontractors Manage crew mobilization and site logistics to prevent delays and conflicts Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Monitor labor, material, and equipment costs Track project documentation and support project reporting Identify field issues and drive timely corrective actions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience At least 3 years in a supervisory, superintendent, or construction management role Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Background in grading, utilities, concrete, foundations, pile construction, highways, or high-tech infrastructure Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, specifications, and regulations Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Proficiency with MS Office and construction software such as Trimble ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join?
