Job Description

Position Overview The Electrical Execution PM/Superintendent will support the on‑site execution of all electrical construction activities for the Coleto Creek Coal‑to‑Gas Conversion project. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and quality delivery of the electrical scope in alignment with the companys standards, project schedule, and budget. The position acts as the primary electrical field execution lead , coordinating subcontractors, construction management, engineering, procurement, safety, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Electrical Construction Execution Lead day‑to‑day execution of all electrical construction activities including: Power distribution MCCs, switchgear, transformers Cable tray, conduit, and underground electrical Cable pulling, termination, and testing Ensure work is executed in accordance with IFC drawings, specifications, and project procedures. Coordinate field installation activities with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Project & Field Management Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical field execution. Develop and manage short‑interval schedules, work plans, and look‑ahead schedules. Track progress, productivity, and manpower forecasting. Support cost control through accurate progress reporting and change recognition. Interface with project controls, construction management, and client representatives. Contractor & Subcontractor Oversight Manage electrical subcontractors and craft supervision. Validate contractor work plans, labor loading, and execution strategies. Conduct daily coordination meetings and routine field walks. Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations. Safety & Quality Leadership Champion a strong safety culture consistent with the company and site safety programs. Enforce compliance with all safety, environmental, and permitting requirements. Participate in JSAs, pre‑task planning, audits, and incident investigations. Ensure quality inspections, testing, and turnover documentation are properly completed. Commissioning & Turnover Support Support electrical system pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities. Coordinate punch list resolution and system turnover to operations. Ensure electrical documentation, test records, and as‑built redlines are completed. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in electrical construction execution on industrial or power projects.
Demonstrated experience as an:
Electrical Superintendent or Electrical Construction PM / Field Engineer with execution leadership Strong background in power generation, heavy industrial, or major capital projects. Experience managing electrical subcontractors and large craft workforces. Solid understanding of NEC, electrical safety standards, and construction best practices. Proven ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced execution environment.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience on:
Power plants Fuel conversion, gas, or energy transition projects Experience working EPC‑led projects. Electrical trade background with progression into supervisory leadership. Familiarity with commissioning processes and turnover packages. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and field execution mindset Excellent coordination and communication skills Proactive problem solving and decision‑making Ability to manage schedule pressure and execution risk Strong commitment to safety and quality Mobilization & Duration Immediate mobilization required Anticipated assignment through December 2026 Site‑based role in
